Reguilon has reportedly been made surplus to requirements as Zinedine Zidane looks to boost his transfer funds.

The left-back is behind Ferland Mendy and Marcelo in the Madrid pecking order and has been told he can leave.

He has been linked with Chelsea and Everton in the past and Man United are the latest club to reportedly show interest.

Spanish publication Marca claim the Red Devils are monitoring Reguilon with Real Madrid set to demand between £18million to £22million.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is said to be keen to bolster his options at the position and provide competition for the injury prone Luke Shaw and youngster Brandon Williams.

Chelsea are no longer interested as they have just signed Ben Chilwell from Leicester for £50million.

If United want to pursue a deal for Reguilon then they are likely to face competition from European giants Inter Milan and Juventus.

But the Manchester Evening News claim he is not a priority target at this stage. The Red Devils are targeting deals for Donny van de Beek and Jack Grealish having seemingly missed out on Jadon Sancho.
