iPhone 12 launch - how to watch Apple's Time Flies event live from UK tomorrow




The moment that Apple fans have been waiting for is finally almost here, as Apple will host its annual launch event tomorrow night.


This year’s event is called ‘Time Flies’, and will take place at 18:00 BST on Tuesday 15 September.


During the event, the tech giant is expected to launch several hardware devices, including the iPad Air 4 and Apple Watch 6.


While Apple usually also launches its iPhones at its September event, questions have been raised over whether that will be the case this year.


Apple has already confirmed that this year’s iPhones will go on sale later than previous years, indicating the iPhone 12 range could be unveiled at a later date.

What time is Apple’s Time Flies event?


Tomorrow’s event will begin at 18:00 BST.

The event is being hosted from Apple’s headquarters in Cupertino, California.


While Apple’s events are usually hosted in front of an eager audience, there will be no live audience this year amid the coronavirus pandemic.

How to watch Apple’s Time Flies event

What will Apple announce?


During the event, Apple is expected to make several exciting announcements.


In terms of hardware products, rumours suggest we could see a new iPad Air 4, the Apple Watch Series 6, a MacBook with Apple’s new laptop chip, a second generation HomePod speaker and possibly Apple’s own over-ear headphones.


Four new iPhones could also be announced, rumoured to be called the iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Max, iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 12 Pro Max.
