Sami Zayn has hit out at WWE for leaving him off a WrestleMania 36 recap video.

The Great Liberator successfully defended his Intercontinental Championship against Daniel Bryan in part one of this year’s Show of Shows.

But during part two of WrestleMania 36 on Sunday, a recap of the previous night’s results was aired – apart from Zayn and Bryan’s bout.

Even Elias vs King Corbin, which was regarded as a low-profile WrestleMania match by most WWE fans, made the cut.

On Twitter, Zayn, who has held the Intercontinental Championship since defeating Braun Strowman at Elimination Chamber last month, took issue with being left out and insisted ‘the injustice never ends’.

He said: “Love how they left out my career-defining world class Intercontinental Championship defense from the recap of #Wrestlemania Night 1.

“I will have a word with management. The injustice never ends. -SZ.”

Zayn has enjoyed a renewed push with Shinsuke Nakamura and Cesaro by his side.

And his friends came to his aid at WrestleMania 36 by distracting Bryan, which allowed Zayn to hit him with a Helluva Kick to pick up the win.

The programme between Zayn and Bryan is likely to continue with the WWE Universe desperate for the talented pair to put on a wrestling clinic.
