Arsenal are taking extra measures to prevent a coronavirus outbreak in London – banning any journalist displaying symptoms of the illness.
Reporters who want to attend Mikel Arteta’s press conference on Saturday ahead of their FA Cup clash with Portsmouth are required to fill out a medical form beforehand.

Arsenal will ban journalists displaying any coronavirus symptoms
The questionnaire asks if the person has any symptoms associated with coronavirus including; cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, temperature or ‘flu-like’ symptoms.
It also requires the participants to declare if they have lived with or have been in close contact (defined as two metres or 15 minutes or more) with a confirmed case of COVID-19 or if they have recently travelled to an affected area.
If a journalist answers yes to any of the compulsory questions listed, they will not be permitted entry to Arsenal.
The form states: “If you have answered yes to any of the questions above you will not be permitted entry to Arsenal Football Club.”

The questionnaire also notes that an Arsenal staff member could ask a person to leave at any time if they have any concerns about the above answers.
Coronavirus has mainly affected China, but there has been a recent outbreak in Italy where around 400 cases have been discovered.
A Serie C footballer also tested positive for COVID-19 on the eve of a match and Inter Milan played their Europa League clash with Ludogorets on Thursday night behind-closed-doors.
