Carabao Cup fourth round draw in FULL: Brighton v Manchester United and Liverpool v Arsenal among ties this week




All of the Premier League big guns made it through the Carabao Cup third round to set up some juicy clashes this week.


Due to the impacts of the COVID-19 lockdown, the EFL Cup will be fast-tracked this season to help ease fixture congestion further down the line.

The third round was done and dusted without replays last week and now the fourth round will played over the coming days.


Tottenham were handed a bye into the last-16 after Leyton Orient were made to forfeit their third-round tie following a spate of coronavirus cases.


Spurs then beat Chelsea on penalties this week with the draw throwing up some huge ties including Liverpool v Arsenal.

The draw for the Carabao Cup fourth round was completed on September 17.


  • Tottenham 1-1 Chelsea – Spurs won 5-4 on penalties

  • Newport County v Newcastle United – Wednesday, September 30, 5:30pm – LIVE on talkSPORT 2

  • Burnley v Manchester City – Wednesday, September 30, 7pm

  • Everton v West Ham – Wednesday, September 30, 7:45pm – LIVE on talkSPORT 2

  • Brighton v Manchester United – Wednesday, September 30, 7:45pm – LIVE on talkSPORT

  • Brentford v Fulham – Thursday, October 1, 5:30pm

  • Aston Villa v Stoke City – Thursday, October 1, 7pm – LIVE on talkSPORT 2

  • Liverpool v Arsenal – Thursday, October 1, 7:45pm – LIVE on talkSPORT

The date for quarter-final draw will be confirmed soon with the ties to be played on the week commencing December 21.
