Wolves ready to ‘listen to offers’ for Liverpool and Man City transfer target Adama Traore
Wolves are willing to listen to offers for £70million-rated Adama Traore, reports claim.
The 24-year-old enjoyed a breakthrough 2019/20 season with six goals and nine assists, helping Nuno Espirito Santo’s side finish seventh in the Premier League and reach the Europa League quarter-finals.
Wolves’ European dreams were ended by a late 1-0 defeat to Sevilla last week after Raul Jimenez missed a 13th-minute penalty.
But it was Traore’s run which caught the eye as he sprinted more than half the pitch to win the spot-kick when he was eventually hauled down by Diego Carlos.
It was another reminder of the Spaniard’s quality amid interest from Liverpool and Man City.
And the Daily Mail claim Wolves will ‘consider high offers’ for Traore, who joined the club for £18m from Middlesbrough in 2018.
With three years left on his contract, Wolves are not under any pressure to sell the forward, however, they have refused to rule out the idea of doing so.
In June, when asked if Traore will still be at Molineux next season, Nuno said: “I don’t know.

“He must keep working. Adama is a special player, he is unique, and I think when he is on the pitch he already has an impact on the game.
“Of course he has things to improve and then after that it is our decision how we use players and manage the team in the game plan and the moment.
“The momentum and the moment we are in after three months of activity, we have a lot of things to judge on and try to make the right decisions.”
