Fans of ADO Den Haag confronted Alan Pardew during a training session in protest at the manager’s poor tactics.
In a scene reminiscent of Mike Bassett: England Manager – presumably without as much swearing – the disgruntled supporters of the Eredivisie side brought flipboards and tactics sheets to remonstrate with the squad.

Around 10 beleaguered fans made their way onto the training pitch and, according to local broadcaster Omroep West, enjoyed a ‘smooth session’ with the former Crystal Palace and West Brom boss.
“The group entered the field at the start of training and expressed dissatisfaction with the current performance of the team,” the broadcaster reported.
Den Haag have not won a game in their last five – a run of form that sees them lie 17th in the Eredivisie, one place off the foot of the table.
Pardew and his assistant Chris Powell have not been able to secure a win since their first game in charge – a 2-0 win against bottom-placed side RKC Waalwijk in January.
Den Haag chief executive Mo Hamdi told Sky Sports News: “ADO Den Haag has one of the most loyal groups of fans in the Netherlands. They are so passionate and want to support the team.
“The club and supporters are supporting Alan Pardew and the team.”
It started so well for the partnership, with both Pardew and Powell given a spectacular, albeit slightly bizarre, welcome from fans for their match.
Supporters unveiled a huge Ghostbusters banner with the pair’s faces on it with the words ‘who you gonna call?’
After taking the job, Pardew said: “The team is in a difficult phase, but we will do everything we can to turn the tide.
“We have to do that together. Together we have to achieve a comeback.”
